Minh T. Tran, Esq.

Minh Tran practice focuses on consumer bankruptcy (Chapters 7 and 13), real estate transaction and related litigation, landlord/tenant law, contract law, debt collection, and personal injury litigation (car accidents, slip and fall, etc). Mr. Tran has worked on 600 federal bankruptcy cases representing both creditors and debtors throughout the state. He has also litigated cases in state court.

Mr. Tran graduated from the University of Washington and Michigan State University College of Law (J.D.). He is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington and Oregon, as well in as both Western and Eastern Federal Districts of Washington.
